DIY Live Sonar Rotator Parts Kit — High-Strength 3D Printed Mounts

Build your own custom setup with our professional hardware kit. This option includes all the essential 3D-printed components, allowing you to attach them to your own pole. Perfect for international buyers looking to save on shipping or anglers who prefer a custom shaft length.

  • Compatibility: Designed specifically for 20mm diameter tubes.
  • What’s Inside: All 3D-printed joints, handle grip, and mounting hardware, cable clamp for 8-9mm cable.
  • Customizable: You choose the material and length of your rod (aluminum, carbon, etc.).

Universal Fit for Any 20mm Pole:

The mounting hardware is compatible with any tube or pipe with a 20mm outer diameter. This gives you the flexibility to choose your preferred material:

  • Aluminum for a balance of strength and weight.
  • PVC/Plastic for a budget-friendly, lightweight build.
  • Carbon Fiber for ultimate performance and aesthetics.
  • Stainless Steel for maximum durability.

Assembly Instructions

  • Pole Preparation: If using your own shaft, ensure the outer diameter is exactly 20mm.
  • Mounting: Slide the 3D-printed components onto the pole. If the fit is too tight, ensure the pole is clean and free of debris.
  • Securing: Tighten the mounting bolts until the parts are firm. Caution: Do not over-tighten, as excessive force may damage the printed components.
  • Transducer Setup: Attach your Live sonar transducer to the bottom bracket following your electronics manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Maintenance: After each use, wipe down the aluminum parts and check that all bolts remain secure.

⚠️ Pro-Tip:
For a perfect grip on very smooth tubes, apply one wrap of electrical tape under the mounting point.
